Half-Light is a 50/50 blend of our regular Colombian medium roast and its water-process decaf twin — same origin, same roast level, roughly half the caffeine of a normal cup. It exists for the third-cup-of-the-day crowd, for afternoon brewers, and for anyone tapering caffeine without giving up the ritual. Because both components are Colombian and roasted to match, the cup stays coherent: caramel sweetness, mild fruit, cocoa finish, no decaf flatness. An 8-ounce cup of regular coffee typically carries 80 to 100 mg of caffeine, so figure roughly half that here — enough to notice, not enough to keep you up. Brew it exactly like a regular medium roast: 1:16, water between 195 and 205°F, grind to your method. Valve-sealed, roast-dated, honest about what it is.
