Shipping Policy

Shipping at Stonelark Coffee Supply is flat and simple. Standard shipping is $6.95 on any order, and free on orders of $60 or more. Expedited shipping is a flat $14.95 regardless of order size. Whole bean coffee ships in the same box as gear whenever possible, so combining a bag of Wrenfield beans with that new dripper does not add a second charge. Oversized items — espresso machines and large gift sets — ship at the same flat rates with no surcharges; we absorb the difference because surprise fees at checkout are the fastest way to ruin a good morning.

Processing and delivery times

Orders placed before 1:00 p.m. Eastern time on a business day are processed and handed to the carrier the same day; orders after the cutoff, or on weekends and holidays, go out the next business day. Freshly roasted coffee is the one exception: Wrenfield roasts to order in small batches, so orders containing beans may take one extra business day so your coffee ships days off roast, not weeks. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3 to 6 business days and expedited takes 1 to 3, depending on your distance from our warehouse. You will get a tracking link by email the moment your box is on its way.

Where we ship, and what if something goes wrong

We currently ship to street addresses and post office boxes throughout the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories, at the same flat rates. We do not yet ship internationally — when that changes, this page will say so. If your tracking shows delivered but nothing arrived, give it 24 hours (carriers sometimes scan early), check with neighbors and your building's package area, then contact us; we will trace it and reship or refund if it is genuinely lost. Boxes damaged in transit are replaced free — snap a photo of the box and contents and send it with your order number.
