The Siktar is Stellbrook's answer to the one-cup morning: a compact stainless mesh cone sized for one-to-two-cup drippers or a solo mug, with a folded rim and no plastic collar to stain or crack. The etched micro-perforations are slightly finer than woven mesh, which holds back more sediment than most metal filters while still letting the coffee's oils through for a rounder, fuller cup than paper gives. Drainage is quick, so grind a step coarser than your paper setting and pour in stages to keep the bed submerged. Being all steel, it goes in the dishwasher without a second thought, and a monthly hot-water soak keeps oil buildup from slowing the flow. Small, quiet, permanent — very Stellbrook.
