Water temperature is the easiest brewing variable to get wrong, and the Nordvik takes it off your plate. Set any temperature from 40 to 100 °C in one-degree steps and the base holds it for up to an hour — useful because pour-over generally extracts best between 90 and 96 °C, with lighter roasts favoring the hotter end and darker roasts a few degrees cooler. The slender gooseneck spout keeps the pour slow and steady, so you can saturate the bed evenly during the bloom and spiral pours without channeling. The 0.9-liter body heats quickly and is sized for one or two cups rather than a full carafe. Counter footprint is small, the handle stays cool, and the display shows real temperature, not a guess.
