Stellbrook's first grinder applies the same restraint as its kettles: a slim tower barely 10 cm wide that slots between a kettle and a scale on a narrow counter. Inside, 38 mm steel conical burrs run through 30 stepped settings from moka-fine to press-coarse, driven by a slow, gear-reduced motor that keeps the grounds cool — heat is the quiet enemy of aroma, driving off volatile compounds before water ever touches the coffee. The 150-gram hopper is smaller than most on purpose: beans stored in a hopper stale faster than beans in a sealed canister, so Stellbrook expects you to load a few days at a time. One dial, one button, no display. The burr set lifts out for brushing without tools.
