The Fjelline is a stovetop gooseneck for people who already own a thermometer or trust the off-boil method: bring water to a boil, lift it off, and wait 30 to 60 seconds and it settles into the 90-96 °C range where pour-over extracts cleanly. The counterweighted handle balances the kettle as it empties, and the long curved spout meters flow to a thin, controllable stream — the thing that actually separates a gooseneck from a regular kettle. One-liter capacity covers a large mug or two smaller cups with rinse water for the filter. The flat sandwich base works on gas, electric, and induction. No electronics, nothing to fail; just a well-balanced pouring tool that will outlast several countertop appliances.
