The Yuki is shaped around pouring, not just steaming. Its sharp, slightly elongated spout releases milk in a thin ribbon, which is what gives you the control to set a white dot and pull it into a rosetta. Etched volume marks inside — 200, 300, and 400 ml — take the guesswork out of dosing, because the right starting amount matters: milk expands as it aerates, and an overfilled pitcher forces you to stop stretching too early. Fill to just below the bottom of the spout for most drinks. The matte exterior hides fingerprints; the interior is polished so foam releases cleanly. Steam in the 55-65 °C sweet-spot range and wipe the wand immediately after. Weighted to balance in the hand mid-pour.
