The Kagami solves the two classic moka complaints: aluminum pots do not work on induction, and cheap gaskets fail. Its 18/10 stainless body has a magnetic base plate that heats evenly on induction, gas, and electric alike, and its silicone gasket outlasts rubber ones several times over — with spares available, because a moka pot should be a permanent fixture, not a consumable. Steel also will not react with coffee's acids, keeping flavors clean. Brew the proven way: hot water in the base to just under the valve, a level untamped basket of coffee ground between drip and espresso, medium heat, and off the burner at the first gurgle. The stay-cool handle and drip-free spout make the last step graceful. Roughly 300 ml of strong, syrupy coffee per brew.
