The Milchwerk is a bench pitcher built to commercial tolerances: heavy-gauge stainless with a rolled rim that will not dent out of round, a handle riveted rather than spot-welded, and a spout formed on a die so every unit pours identically. The geometry favors a stable whirlpool — position the steam tip a centimeter off-center and the milk rolls on its own, folding foam back under until the whole volume is glossy. Fill between a third and half full; milk grows as it takes on air, and the 900 ml size needs that headroom when steaming for two large lattes. Target 55-65 °C for sweetness, and pour promptly — microfoam starts separating within a minute of resting. Dishwasher safe, built to outlast the machine beside it.
