The same dependable Hartwick cone in unbleached, natural-tan paper. Skipping the bleaching stage means less processing, and the filters compost along with your grounds afterward. The one honest difference: unbleached paper carries a slightly stronger papery taste out of the box, so the pre-brew rinse matters more here — pour hot water through the empty filter, dump it, then brew. Rinsed properly, the cup is every bit as clean as with white filters, since the paper still traps fines and oils the same way. Flow rate and thickness match our white cones, so your grind setting and roughly three-minute brew time carry over unchanged. Size 01 for one-to-two-cup cones, size 02 for two-to-four-cup. One hundred per box.
