Two boilers, two jobs, no waiting. The Vetta Duo keeps a dedicated brew boiler at your PID-set temperature — 90 to 96 °C, stable within a degree — while a separate steam boiler holds enough pressure to texture milk at the same time you pull the shot. That is the real argument for a dual boiler: a cappuccino takes three minutes instead of six, and the second drink tastes like the first. The 58 mm group is heated actively rather than by a slow thermosiphon, so warm-up is about 20 minutes to full stability. Pressure at the puck sits at 9 bar through an adjustable OPV. It is a large, heavy machine and it costs real money; what you get is repeatability, milk drinks at pace, and parts you can service.
