Good microfoam needs a pitcher that helps the milk spin. The Nube's rounded interior keeps a whirlpool going while you steam, folding the surface foam back into the milk so it textures evenly instead of separating into bubbles on top and thin liquid below. The pointed spout pours a narrow, controllable stream — the thing latte art actually depends on. Steam to 55-65 °C: in that range milk tastes sweetest because its sugars are fully dissolved but the proteins have not scorched; past 70 °C sweetness drops off fast. The base is wide enough to read temperature by hand, or add a clip thermometer. Pick 350 ml for single flat whites and cortados, 600 ml for two drinks or larger lattes. Dishwasher safe.
